PU Molds

We have the capacity to produce all types of molds for deposited PU. Monocolor / bicolor / tricolor.

It is possible to produce footwear with different densities and different materials: PU/PU – PU/TPU – PU/SBR. We also have the expertise to make molds with a vacuum system, which allows us to use textiles/films, enabling us to create molds for insoles.

This extensive knowledge regarding the contraction/expansion of PU with the use of textiles opens up a new market, diversifying the colors of the sole without altering the material used for the production of the sole.

We are equipped to produce molds with double rings and a vacuum system.

All molds are produced in aluminum 7075 with a certificate from our supplier.
